3.1 Users should complete registration and login through Google account authorization and bear full responsibility for account security.

3.2 Users shall not transfer or lend accounts to others. If the account is found to be stolen or has security vulnerabilities, this Platform should be notified immediately.

3.3 Users should ensure that the submitted information is true, accurate, complete, and updated in time. Any losses caused by false information shall be borne by users themselves.

3.4 User accounts are divided into three roles: Buyer, Merchant, and Administrator. Different roles have different permissions and service functions.

Query and browse product information in accordance with laws

Purchase products and enjoy after-sales services in accordance with laws

Evaluate products and services in accordance with laws

Report illegal and违规 behaviors in accordance with laws

4.2 Users should fulfill the following obligations:

Abide by laws and regulations and various rules of this Platform

Conduct transactions honestly, not engage in fraud or false transactions

Not publish illegal information or engage in illegal activities

Pay for products and related fees on time

Properly keep account information and personal privacy

Carefully check product information, price, quantity, etc. before submitting orders

Complete payment on time after order submission

Check products timely after receipt, and raise issues within 7 days if there are problems

Apply for refunds and returns according to platform procedures

Not place malicious orders, malicious refunds or conduct false transactions

5.2 The platform uses wallet balance payment. Users need to recharge before use. The recharge amount is based on the actual amount received by the platform.

5.3 Cross-border products may involve customs duties, VAT and other taxes. Users should understand and bear corresponding tax responsibilities.

Provide true and valid identity and qualification information

Accept platform review and pass the review process

6.2 Merchants should abide by:

Operate legally, not sell illegal products

Ensure product quality, provide true product information

Ship on time, provide good after-sales service

Not engage in brushing, false propaganda and other violations

6.3 Merchant violations will be punished with warnings, sales restrictions, account bans, etc.

7.1 All contents of this Platform, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, programs, layout designs, etc., are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Without written permission from this Platform, no one may copy, reprint, link, spread or use the above contents without authorization.

7.3 Users uploading product images, descriptions and other information should ensure not to infringe on others' intellectual property. Disputes caused by infringement shall be borne by users themselves.

8.1 This Platform is not responsible for the following situations:

Service interruption caused by force majeure, network failure, etc.

Losses caused by users' own reasons (such as password leakage)

Losses caused by third parties (such as payment institution failure)

Losses caused by users violating laws or these Terms

8.2 The liability of this Platform to users is limited to the actual amount paid by users for products.

9.1 If disputes occur between users and this Platform, both parties should resolve them through friendly negotiation.

9.2 If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction where this Platform is located.

9.3 The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

10.1 This Platform has the right to modify these Terms according to changes in laws or business needs. Modified terms will be published on the platform.

10.2 Invalid parts of these Terms do not affect the validity of other terms.
